Welcome to Portrait of a Lady! By using our website or booking our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services

We offer home beauty services, including manicures, pedicures, nail art, massages, makeup, and eyelash extensions.

2. Booking and Payment Policies

• Payments: All payments must be made upon completion of the service unless otherwise specified.
• Deposits:
  • Some bookings may require a deposit at the time of booking.
  • Makeup services require a 50% deposit upon booking.
  • All deposits are non-refundable.
• Late Cancellation Penalty: Scheduling changes or cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the booking time. After that, a 50% penalty will apply.
• Transportation Fee: A flat charge of AED 100 will be added to all bookings for transportation.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds are not offered for completed services unless there is a valid issue directly resulting from our negligence.
• Deposits are strictly non-refundable.

4. Liability

While we strive to maintain the highest standards, Portrait of a Lady is not liable for any adverse reactions to products or services unless caused by our negligence.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate information regarding allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to services.
• Ensure a suitable, clean space is available for mobile service professionals.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
